We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Call Centre Supervisor to join one of our established clients in the Ranby area.
In your day to day role you will support the Call Centre Advisors to meet both their individual and team targets and ensure the smooth running of the call centre. You will provide regular support and training, and ensure that all procedures are adhered to correctly. You will also help to solve any issues that may arise, therefore strong problem solving skills and an excellent telephone manner are a necessity for this role.
The chosen candidate for this role will have a proven track record of supervising, coaching and mentoring a team of up to 15 people ideally within a call centre environment. You will also be comfortable with picking up new IT systems and conducting training sessions for those working under your supervision.
This is a permanent full time role.
