Business Support Administrator

Are you an organised and experienced administrator? Do you have experience with Management Information Systems (MIS) within the education sector?

We are seeking a skilled Business Support Administrator to join our client's team on a temporary basis, with the possibility of permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement administrative procedures to support the Head of Departments
* Assist with pre-enrolment, full-time, and part-time enrolment processes as needed
* Set up curriculums on the MIS and maintain up-to-date systems and procedures
* Create and manage timetables, as well as process tuition pay claims and funding applications
* Undertake various administrative duties, including filing, ordering, and organizing department resources
* Provide reports on income, funding, and staffing using the MIS Systems (Pro-achieve & EBS)
* Create and track Purchase Orders with the finance team

Working Hours:

* Monday - Thursday: 08:30am - 17:00pm
* One Friday per month, in accordance with a 4-day working week
