We are looking for an organised and efficient individual who can speak fluent Bulgarian to help support our client and their temporary workers at their factory in Anwick.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who may be interested in gaining experience in supervision, management, training or recruitment.
Your role will be to support our client by communicating with workers in Bulgarian to ensure that the factory runs smoothly. This will include, but is not limited to:
- Delivering new starter training and helping workers to complete paperwork.
- Recording daily attendance and issuing work instructions.
- Ensuring workers arrive on time in the correct department.
- Offering support and guidance to all agency workers but specifically to new starters in their first few weeks of work.
- Supporting managers by helping them deal with performance issues.
- Providing translation as required for workers and managers.
You will ideally have experience of working within a food factory, although this is not essential. You must have a reasonable level of spoken and written English.
