What language a stomach speaks?
Like the sound of flexible working hours or want to pick the days you work?
We are looking for a temporary Bi-Lingual Customer Agent for our client based in Oakham. The ideal candidate will be fluent speaking in a European Language and computer literate.
You will support a small, friendly office team with outbound calls, made to companies based in Europe to gather the required information for the sales staff.
- Calling customers/clients information provided
- Check details provided match the system
- Pass information to sales to follow up on
- Using computer software and systems e.g. Outlook, Excel and Salesforce.
- Must be confident in using Microsoft software and ideally Salesforce (training can be provided)
Induction and basic training is provided.
