This job is offering you the chance to join this business as an Assistant Senior Foreman or Trainee Foreman with the view of becoming the next Factory Manager within the next 2 years.
If you have basic knowledge of mechanical principles including, pumping systems, pneumatics, gearboxes, motors, conveyance systems and able to do simple measuring and fabrication projects with some basic electrical knowledge i want you to call me now about this job in Grantham.
There’s already a Factory Manager in place for you to lean on for some guidance and support. Leading a team of around 10, you will get involved with the commercials, production, and staff management.
Core hours of work are 8.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Monday to Friday.
Now and again you may be asked to work a Saturday morning (approx. 4 hours) for maintenance but other than that it’s Monday – Friday.
