Assembly Operatives – Fengate, Peterborough
£12.21 – £13.00 per hour
Monday–Thursday: 07:45–16:00 | Friday: 07:45–14:45

Our client, a well-established manufacturer based in Fengate, Peterborough, is seeking Assembly Operatives to join their growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy detailed, hands-on work in a clean and friendly production environment.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assembling small, intricate components with precision

  • Using hand tools and basic equipment

  • Performing visual quality checks

  • Following work instructions and achieving production targets

  • Maintaining a clean and safe working area

What We’re Looking For:

  • Good dexterity and confidence working with small detailed items

  • Strong attention to detail

  • Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential

  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team

  • Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
