Location: Bingham

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Salary: £24,960 per annum

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join our client in Bingham, providing crucial administrative support to the HR & Finance departments. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency of day-to-day operations within the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine administrative tasks to support the HR & Finance departments.
  • Maintain accurate and organised filing systems.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.

Communication:

  • Manage and respond to telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Act as the first point of contact for external parties
  • Input data accurately into the company's systems.
  • Update and maintain employee records and financial information.
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks is an advantage, but full training will be provided.
  • Assist with basic financial transactions and bookkeeping tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues in an open-plan office environment.
  • Support team members with additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience in administrative roles.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks is an advantage but not essential.

Working Environment:

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team in a friendly open-plan office. Free parking is provided, and the working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break.
