This is a full time, Monday to Friday position with a salary paying £21.000 per annum
We are currently recruiting for Administrator on permanent basis. This position would suit a candidate with a strong administration skills and a can-do attitude
As an administrator your main duties will include:
- Excellent time and project management
- Exemplary customer service and query handling
- Assisting our sales team with any queries or orders that they receive directly from customer
- General administrative duties to maintain the running of the office, eg ordering stationary etc.
- Schedule meetings
- Develop reports as requested
- Perform research as needed
- Maintain filing system
Key Skills for an Administrator
- Experience in the use of all the Microsoft Office software is essential.
- Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, interpersonal and listening, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally
- High level of professionalism and integrity operates to the highest ethical standards.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise and follow up
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- A positive attitude
