Ambitions personnel are delighted to be working with a well-established retail brand based in the Worksop area.

This is a full time, Monday to Friday position with a salary paying £21.000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for Administrator on permanent basis. This position would suit a candidate with a strong administration skills and a can-do attitude

As an administrator your main duties will include:

  • Excellent time and project management
  • Exemplary customer service and query handling
  • Assisting our sales team with any queries or orders that they receive directly from customer
  • General administrative duties to maintain the running of the office, eg ordering stationary etc.
  • Schedule meetings
  • Develop reports as requested
  • Perform research as needed
  • Maintain filing system

Key Skills for an Administrator

  • Experience in the use of all the Microsoft Office software is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, interpersonal and listening, and the ability to communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally
  • High level of professionalism and integrity operates to the highest ethical standards.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise and follow up
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • A positive attitude
  • Great time and file management
