As a Voids Administrator you will provide Admin and phone support to the voids inspectors, with the prime responsibility of managing the diaries effectively on a day to day basis for the Voids Team.

A dedicated individual who will strive to ensure delivery of an efficient and effective Voids Service who can:
- Manage the diaries throughout the day to ensure appointed voids are completed and the operatives achieve maximum efficiency
- Support the team when there is no routine availability in the operative diaries for an acceptable appointment, ensuring that all follow on works are appointed efficiently with the customer
- Monitor materials orders and ensure materials are available for scheduled jobs before the appointment date
- Liaise with Supervisors, Operatives, Call Centre, Material Suppliers and any other internal & external bodies as required
To be successful you need proven experience within Customer Service, planning or scheduling and you will be a confident communicator who enjoys trouble shooting and implementing contingency plans.
This is a full time temporary job but it could go perm and we’re looking for someone to start ASAP.
