As an experienced Accounts Administrator you role will consist of 80% accounts payable, coding, checking and registering invoices, processing transactions, checking and reconciling supplier statements and dealing with queries.
The remaining 20% of your time will be spent on accounts receivable, again raising invoices, posting payments and dealing with enquiries.
You will have previous experience in a medium to large sized finance department, be IT literate with familiarity with ERP systems and a good working knowledge of Microsoft products, specifically Excel.
