Are you confident problem solving and troubleshooting computer hardware and application software problems?
Do you have the ability to solve problems under time pressure with frequent interruptions and work effectively in a variety of roles with both technical and non-technical personnel?
And most importantly (back to thinking about that dentist) do you have experience in providing technical customer support on the phone and in person?!
