Are you an experienced Level 1 Help desk analyst? Or just love tinkering around with tech and happen to be looking for your first role in IT? Are you a people person who enjoys problem-solving and providing a helping hand? Then you may have just stumbled on the perfect role for you!

You will provide support for IT issues to coworkers working onsite and also those working remotely. From printer problems, configuring desktops and network issues. You must possess strong communication skills and have the patience to navigate people around IT systems step by step. 

You will be ensuring that all incidents are logged, along with the recording of asset whereabouts and distribution of equipment. In return for your hard work, you will receive 25 days holiday plus bank holidays and you will also get the chance to purchase holiday if needed and many more perks!

You will be working with a fab team of around 10 employees on the outskirts of Lincoln, you will receive free on-site parking on top of avoiding that rush hour traffic.
