I’ve worked in recruitment and workforce solutions for over 20 years, and I’ve always been drawn to the parts of the job that bring structure and consistency to busy environments. I enjoy building clear processes and strong compliance foundations, especially where accuracy really matters.
Much of my career has involved supporting public sector organisations with complex workforce needs. During the Covid‑19 pandemic, I worked with several NHS Trusts on urgent workforce planning, including leading the recruitment campaign for the Harrogate Nightingale Hospital, one of only seven Nightingale hospitals established in England.
As a Director at Ambitions, I like understanding how things operate, spotting where improvements can be made and putting straightforward solutions in place that make life easier for everyone.
