I joined Ambitions Personnel in 2002 starting as a Recruitment Consultant and progressed over time to become Branch Manager of the Lincoln office.  I have worked in recruitment for over 20 years, covering both the Industrial and Commercial sectors and placing candidates into temporary and permanent vacancies.    

I particularly enjoy imparting my knowledge on to my team and watching their development.  I have built some fantastic relationships over the years with long-standing clients. It is incredibly satisfying when a client reports that I have found them the ‘ideal person’ for a role.    I take great pleasure in securing work for our candidates, especially if it is their perfect job.

    ​I just wanted to pass on our thanks for the great service, Susan and Ambitions Personnel have given to us over the years in finding and placing the right people for us. Originally all have been taken on in a temporary position and I’m happy to say that all have then turned into permanent placements. Myself being the original one 22 years ago, It’s great to know that you’ll be there again for us in the future as and when we grow further and need more of those ‘right people’.
