Simon Oborne

Area Branch Manager

I joined Ambitions Personnel in 1998, starting my recruitment career as an Administrator at the Head Office in Lincoln! Now, over 20 years later, having progressed to Industrial Consultant and then Branch Manager, my current role is Area Manager covering the Lincolnshire, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire areas.  

Some of my key achievements have been opening our Boston branch in 2005, and Wisbech branch in 2008. I continue to oversee the running of both these branches, as well as managing key industrial accounts in these areas.

I love the variety the recruitment industry brings; no two days are the same. I also enjoy managing and developing a team of people. I am extremely proud of my time at Ambitions and the progress the company has made over the years, and I look forward to many more to come.
