Lincoln-based recruitment agency Ambitions Personnel has been nominated for a national company culture award hosted by employee benefits software company Perkbox.
The Perkbox Company Culture Awards recognise the businesses who go above and beyond to ensure employees are happy in their work-life balance.
Ambitions Personnel MD Mandy Watson said: “It’s a real honour to be recognised for our efforts. We strongly believe in the importance of great workplace culture and we ensure that we focus on the little details that our employees really appreciate. I hope to lead by example for our clients.”
Some of the reasons the company has been nominated include its level of support to colleagues and clients as well as providing a level of feedback, insight and help to its workforce that go above and beyond what is expected as an employer.
The recruitment agency has some strong competition in the awards, facing off against the likes of ITV’s This Morning, New York news giant Ziff Davis and Lincolnshire’s St Barnabas Hospice.
The winners of the Perkbox Company Culture Awards are selected by public votes. Voting closes on December 1st with results being announced on December 9th.
Mandy added: “Being included alongside such big names such as ITV gives us a real boost. It shows that we’re on par with some of the biggest organisations in the UK and US. Being nominated for any award is special, but it’s especially sweet when you’re included among such esteemed competition.
