As long as you are able to demonstrate your knowledge of manufacturing processes and have experience in managing a team there’s no reason for this not to be your next dream job. Ideally, our client is looking for someone with a Waste Management & Recycling qualification (WAMITAB) level 3 or 4.
There’s already a Site Manager in place for you to lean on for some guidance and support. You will be responsible for around 50 to 60 people on site. You will be responsible for maximising production output across all departments, manage production in line with quality standards and performance targets, provide training & development to team members & ensure all site standards are consistently maintained whilst adhering to all Health & Safety standards.
The core hours of work are 07:00 to 16:00 Monday to Friday and occasional Saturdays however, flexibility is a must as you will have to cover holidays and sickness when business requires.
