Warehouse Operative

We have a fantastic opportunity to work as Warehouse Operative for a well-known brand in Peterborough, on a temp-perm contract.

Your duties will include picking, packing, unloading containers, stock replenishment and rotation, assisting in stock takes, loading carriers for dispatch, general house-keeping duties and installations. This is a multi-skilled role with additional opportunity to assist the Quality Control team with rework and quality inspections when required.

Any Warehouse Operative that is fully licensed to operate forklifts, will be required to assist with loading carriers with palletized orders, general movement of stock and assisting the unloading of containers and carriers when needed.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment, be immediately available and have excellent work ethic. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain a permanent contract after 12 weeks.

Working hours are 40 per week, Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
