Account Manager

An exciting opportunity to join the sales team at a long-standing Mansfield business, working to supply digital and litho printed products such as leaflets, brochures and direct mail, as well as printed mugs, engraved pens to name but a few! 

The position for Account Manager working in a team of seven people. The business receives hundreds of incoming sales enquiries every week and when a new customer orders for the first time they are allocated to an Account Manager. Their role is to initially convert the enquiry into an order and then manage the production of that order from receipt of artwork, all the way through to final product delivery and invoicing.


Key Responsibilities

  • Dealing with new sales enquiries and providing quotations.
  • Raising work orders for both internal and external production.
  • Utilise inhouse resource source including photography, design, storage and distribution.
  • Negotiate with suppliers and secure the best possible buying prices for customers and lead times.
  • Cross sell Group services and build strong relationships with existing customers.
  • A confident telephone manner, organised nature and admin skills.
  • Competent IT skills are essential.
  • Experience


This position is ideally suited for someone who has previous experience working in a printing environment or in the promotional products industry. It is a combination of dealing with new customer enquiries and live jobs it requires someone that understands production processes and can think on their feet.
