We are looking for a Stores Assistant full time OR part time, Monday to Friday 40 hours per week paying £10.50ph - £11.00ph.
You will need to have a Full driving license, be able to complete manual handling tasks and be organised to prepare installer collection sheets and schedules.
CSCS card holder would be an advantage.
Your duties will include –
- Assisting with deliveries to the office or at alternative location on occasion,
- checking through all deliveries carefully for damage, shortages,
- Labelling up components for specific projects,
- organise materials accordingly ready for install teams to collect and load up for following works,
- assisting installers in loading up, preparing and check all components in place,
- opening up and checking all quantities of accessories against each outgoing batch of products,
- preparing installer collection sheets of components,
- Management of stock of fitting consumables and stores,
- general housekeeping for stores, yard, warehouse,
- taking components out to site as and when required using company vehicle and collecting components from suppliers as and when required.
