We’re currently looking for Skilled Operatives to join the Grantham team, where we have vacancies on the night shift. The night shift operates a fixed eight-hour shift pattern from 22:00-06:00 Sunday to Thursday or Monday to Friday.
As a Skilled Operative you’ll play an important role in ensuring that Moy Park produces products that meet customer specification, within tight deadlines and with minimal waste. You will work to Standard Operating Procedures, taking charge of Critical Control Points to ensure food safety and security is maintained at all times.
A Skilled Operative will develop a specialism within the Factory/Production/Warehouse operation, such as Process Controller, Machine Minder or Despatch Operative.
To be successful in this role you’ll have an excellent eye for detail, good communication skills including good levels of literacy and numeracy and a pro-active approach to everything you do. Previous experience within the food industry is not essential, we’re interested in hearing about the transferable skills you have.
