Can you imagine working in a job with Flexible hours, Monday to Friday? Yes that’s right, flexibility to do all those things you enjoy that you currently don’t have time to do.

Before you read any further I hope we can agree on a couple of things. First impressions are massively important? Everyone within a job / company needs support? People like people, not emails, not messages they like people!

If you agree with this then you may be the person we are looking for

You are the site Trainer but to us you are much more than that. The first point of contact, the person that sets the standards, the person that solves the problems and the person that ensures we are not fire fighting every day but instead we are moving forward in a positive direction.

The ideal candidate will come from a food based production background with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to challenge the normal whilst maintaining a realistic and enthusiastic approach. This is not easy, every day will bring challenges, but every week will bring improvements. With these improvements comes a better structure and with this structure a more driven and happy workforce will emerge. You will lead this, training people to be better, understanding why things are done and being the person far enough away to think outside the box but close enough to understand the reasons why. Sound like a challenge…….it does, but that’s where your passion lies.

Your day will be mainly office based and very varied. You may start with a training workshop, end with carrying out staff assessments and in the middle John may come in who started last week and feels like he needs some extra help understanding his role. This is the beauty of the role John will trust you, rely on you and ultimately need you input to help him succeed.

If you have any knowledge of training, BRC or health and safety that would help but even a strong background in machinery or maintaining accurate records will help you to make a difference.

In return you will walk into a company working hard to ensure the culture is a happy and progressive one, your working hours can be flexible between Monday to Friday to meet your commitments and you will be given all the support needed to ensure you understand the products you are training others in.

If you only do one thing today, apply now, you won’t regret it and remember without you John may not succeed.
