Senior Support

As a Senior Support Team Leader, you will be responsible for the management and leadership of the department. 

Your day to day duties will include: 

  • To identify and implement KPI’s and SLA’s to deliver against targets, drive efficiencies and put into practice LEANER working processes. You will implement strategies to improve the effectiveness of the team and individuals
  • You will analyse departmental statistics and information that is available to you, to provide regular updates and enable you to recommend improvements.
  • The overseeing, reviewing, and producing of commercial pricing for new business opportunities, growth within existing accounts and existing contract retentions to ensure the business are producing the most compelling and compliant offering.
  • Maintain and build strong but long-lasting relationships with existing and new customers/clients
  • Responsible for the co-ordination of the annual supplier price increase, this will include negotiating, analysing, and reporting financial impacts and recommendation
  • You will also be accountable for the mobilisation of all new business contracts, delegating responsibility throughout the team.

This role is permanent, full-time role working Monday - Friday. Free parking is included within this position with an annual salary paying up to £30k.
