Joining the business in its infancy stages means you would be a fundamental part of the growth process. Commercially astute with the ability to lead a team you will be passionate about the company and genuinely want to invest your time in making the business a real success.

Management accounts, financial risk, analysis, variances, budgets, reports – you would take the lead and develop your own finance team, applying your own policies and procedures. Things would work how you wanted them to.
