You will be reporting into the HR Business Partner, who has a vast array of experience and is supportive while giving you the autonomy over your role. Imagine having a team of 3 to coach and manage, passing on your depth of experience.
This role will encompass one day per week out of the office as the position covers various sites and working within a unionised business you should be familiar with this type of organisation.
Experience of working within an FMCG setting would be great but isn’t a deal breaker.
