Office-Based - Annesley
9 am – 5 pm Monday to Friday + on-call duties
£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (including on-call duties)

A Temporary Desk Manager role is demanding and diverse and involves:

  • Building and sustaining long-lasting relationships with social services, NHS, residential services and supported living
  • Supporting the development of Recruitment Consultants
  • Directly engaging candidates using traditional and creative sourcing methods, including social media
  • Actively headhunting, approaching and interviewing candidates
  • Developing a network of candidates
  • Placing candidates in both Permanent and Temporary positions
  • Negotiating pay rates and contracts

ESSENTIAL SKILLS:

  • Healthcare Recruiting: 2 years within high-volume recruitment
  • Strong Sales capabilities
  • History of overachieving targets
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management, multitasking and organisation skills
  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry and a willingness to learn and adhere to recruitment best practices
