We are currently recruiting for one of our clients based in Grantham who are looking for a finance manager to assist them with the management accounting procedures.
Your main areas of responsibility would be:
- Accounting and income systems and processes
- Management accounts and income reporting
- Financial and income performance management
- Year-end accounting and reconciliations
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking, overseeing and delivering matters concerning to the effective delivery of income accounting and financial accounting. This will include, but not be limited to, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and legislation; the preparation and timely submission of performance and financial reports; the preparation and monitoring of staffing and expenditure budgets; and the provision of advice and guidance to allow budget holders and other staff within the Company to deliver financial and income performance in line with estimates and projections.
You will have demonstrable experience of working in an accounting role in a complex and challenging environment and will be qualified to AAT standard or equivalent and have CIMA qualification.
