Sales Secretary

This is a really exciting new role within an award winning expanding estate agency business in the local area which requires a hardworking and enthusiastic Sales Secretary/Administrator with good administrative skills to provide support for their sales team.

Some of your duties will include:

  • Providing extensive all round secretarial and administrative support for a busy sales team
  • Preparing a wide variety of documentation including correspondence, emails and sales information
  • Answering incoming telephone calls, establishing caller requirements and dealing with general enquiries
  • Typing up property particulars for brochures and marketing material
  • Maintaining computerised database system and ensuring customer details are kept up to date

Ideal candidate

  • Will have previous experience of audio and copy typing at min 60 wpm
  • Have worked in a commercial sales environment (preferable)
  • Have excellent communication skills both written & verbal
  • Be able to work as part of a team and be flexible with a good team attitude
