A successful and very well established company is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to represent their top brands. You will be using your personality to connect with people and ensuring that customers receive the best possible service. You will be responsible for calling customers and processing a high volume of orders.
Duties:-
General admin, sales orders, Quotes, excel spread sheets.
Answering the Telephone – Good telephone manner essential
Meet and greet customers –Smart appearance, polite manner
Liaise with other departments re Deliveries, spare parts, documentation
Liaise with Haulage companies – Booking collections tracking machine deliveries
A knowledge of Act softwear would be helpful but not essential.
