Part qualified, Accounts Receivable Team Leader required for this business based in Grantham.
You will lead a team of 8 Sales Ledger Clerks and be an integral part of the operation, you will assist the Head of Contracts and Commercial in leading and managing the sales ledger team.
You will be qualified by AAT or have at least 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
Double entry booking, accruals, prepayments.
Day to day you will:
- Review complex invoicing schedules to ensure the accuracy and integrity of sales invoices and credits for several group companies.
- Continual development of systems and processes working with IT and Finance.
- Ensure workloads are reviewed regularly and support team.
- To ensure the team are adhering to timelines of invoicing and allocations, accurately and bank reconciliations up to date.
- To ensure effective credit control is in place as necessary.
- Review the cashflow on a timely basis with Head of Contracts and Commercial.
- Review Payments on Account.
- Work with contracts team to ensure queries are resolved.
