You will be involved primarily with the sale of clay pigeon traps, but also be part of the department team able to repair and service our traps. Based at the Bottesford site you will be expected to visit clay pigeon shooting grounds to ascertain the needs of current and new customers. You will need to be computer literate and able to enter site visits on a company CRM App. A company pool vehicle will be available for site visits to customers.
Diagnostic and fault-finding solutions in wiring and control boards would be an advantage together with good IT knowledge.
You will enhance the sales, parts and servicing department and your responsibilities will include the following:-
- Trap Sales - Actively promote trap deals/offers, quote customers based upon enquiries and shooting ground visits.
- Customer/Event Visits - Maintain a professional appearance to the public and sport professionals.
- Provide a weekly report of your contact with customers, orders, repairs etc.
- Trap Sale Preparation - Preparation of new traps for sale including all paperwork and co-ordination of shipment to customers with our Logistics Department.
- Technical Phone Calls - Troubleshooting.
- Spare Parts Dispatching/Ordering - Sorting customer parts, stock control.
- Customer Trap Repairs/Servicing.
