Our client is a fast growing B2B printing company at the forefront of digital printing, and they are looking to expand their team of superstars! They believe in having pride in their printing, service and products and as such demand the same from their team.

Their customers range in size from start up companies to brands and their team of sales administrators are vital in ensuring that orders are processed correctly, to the highest standard and delivered on time.

They are looking for people to deliver with outstanding care and attention. The need to build a good rapport quickly, friendly and professionally is a must. They are looking for people who can maintain excellent relationships with both new and existing customers. The successful candidate must be well mannered, easy to talk to and work well in a in a busy, fast paced environment with a close knit team. Experience within printing and or B2B sales/administration would be ideal but not essential.

The role will involve:

Working closely with the sales reps to build relationships with customers.
Looking after orders and providing support and after sales support.
Understanding customer needs and requirements.
Passing qualified leads to relevant departments if necessary.
Liaising with internal teams as required.
Setting up of new customers onto the system.
Quickly handle smaller opportunities through to closing.
Developing the capability to manage the entire sales process end to end
Invoicing customers
Ordering stock and updating databases


The candidate:

Fluent in English and has excellent communication skills, verbal and written.
PC literate and comfortable using various software/systems & processes.
Competent in using Microsoft Excel and emails.
Excellent attention to detail
Able to multi-task, prioritise workload and manage time effectively
Able to use your own initiative
Professional and polite telephone manner
Ideally some basic Adobe Photoshop skills


Job Type:

Full-time

Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm with a 1 hour break split 2 x 15 mins and 1 x 30 mins
