We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our Boston based team, supporting several of our key industrial clients. This role will include:
- Attracting and inducting candidates
- Conducting telephone screening and face to face interviews
- Maintaining accurate records, including paper-based administration and using Excel-based system
- Accurately processing payroll for high volumes of staff on a weekly basis
- Providing a high level of service as the first point of contact for our valued clients
- Handling any queries from our clients and candidates in a timely and effective manner; both face to face and over the telephone
The successful candidate will possess excellent organisation skills together with an eye for detail.
Effective and confident communication skills are required in order to work under pressure in a fast-paced, reactive environment.
It is essential that applicants have a current driving licence and their own transport for this role as daily travel will be required.
Hours of work: 09:00am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday.
