We are looking for a new superstar to join our friendly team in Colchester. Previous experience within recruitment is of advantage however if you thrive on developing new business relationships and working in a fast pace environment then this is the role for you.
The role is to take over a warm industrial desk and work with temparary and permanent vacancies, we encourage creativity and autonomy.
The role of a consultant
- Identify and source new vacancies using a range of methods
- Identify suitible candidates using social media, job boards and walk ins
- Register candidates and match them to sutible vacancies
- Maintain and develop working business relationships
- Business Development which includes telephone, drop ins and attend client visits
The ideal candidate
- Will have previous sales experience client facing ideally gained within a recruitment agency environment
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Be a self starter and motivated, able to work under minimum supervision
- Love working to personal and team targets
