You’d be working for a business that works at a fast pace however they definitely know how to have fun in the office!
Your job will include:
- Greeting visitors in the main reception
- Taking incoming calls, transferring calls, taking messages and conducting telephone screening
- Maintaining accurate records, including paper based administration and using Excel and a computer based system
Office hours are 9.00am – 5.00pm however you must be flexible to work around these hours too due to the demand of the business.
If you have a professional telephone manner, confident admin and customer service skills then this could be the opportunity for you!
