You will be the person that the internal Team Leaders and Managers call when their in panic and need an extra pair of hands to go and help them out. You will understand what type of person the Manager needs to help them, and then you’ll do everything you can to try and hire the right person.
Everything is last minute.com, you’ll always have an exhausted to do list that you’ll never get to the end of and you’ll thrive from providing a high quality, customer focused service, dealing with a wide range of complex queries and providing support to managers relating to the recruitment process.
You’ll get involved in advertising, employment legislation, shortlisting and interviewing, building excellent relationships and providing guidance and support in terms of recruitment best practice.
Alongside your team, you will manage all aspects of the recruitment journey, promoting the organisation as an employer of choice and ensure that all candidates you come into contact with have a positive experience.
