So what will your day look like? As a recruitment assistant, you will be contacting potential candidates for work and screening them to see if they have the right attributes for the jobs they are applying for. Don't worry we won't throw you in the deep end too much, you will have a guide to what sort of questions to ask, you just need to be confident to pick up the phone and what better times to do it in than between 9am-4pm Monday to Friday! Keep those weekends free for socializing then back to it on Monday morning!
