Are you confident, organised, and resilient with experience of supporting a Recruitment office, within all areas of Administration?

The office you will join is the definition of busy, where you will be expected to take a mature approach to manage your time and your workload. Often using your own initiative and being proactive when faced with a problem, you will be the “right hand” to a bustling commercial team.

Be under no illusions, candidates are the focus of this business. You need to be able to assess their needs and abilities as well as being the single point of call for candidate enquiries. Your ability to negotiate with and influence people will be an invaluable skill within this role.

Although no two days are the same, your duties will include:

  • Pre-screening applications
  • Management of a candidate database
  • Weekly processing of payroll and new starters
  • Compliance and eligibility checks
  • Screening calls
  • General administration duties

You will need to take complete ownership of the work you do, but you can rest assured you will have the support of an award-winning team to help you settle in over this 6 – 9 months maternity cover contract.
