Receptionist

Receptionist / Administrator to join this friendly team in Huntington.

You will provide a professional receptionist service and support the wider team with day-to-day administrative duties and other general office tasks that may be required.

30 hours per week, ideally split over 4 days 08:30 – 16:30.

As the receptionist your main responsibilities will be:


Welcoming internal and external visitors, ensuring all relevant documentation is completed,

Professionally dealing with staff queries and all incoming/outgoing calls,

Efficient administration of all aspects of the reception and HR function,

Managing room bookings and organising refreshments for meetings if necessary,

Dealing with the incoming and outgoing posts,

Managing stationery stock,

Issuing and collecting security passes and allocating the relevant departments/shift patterns against these.

Updating noticeboards and internal communications across the Site,

You will be an enthusiastic person with a friendly and personable approach. You will need to have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and have good IT skills, proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office is essential.

Interviews are being held w/c 21st and w/c 28th March.

Experience in a similar role will be advantageous but if you are a quick learner and have got what it takes, we would like to hear from you.
