We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Receptionist to join one of our clients based on the outskirts of Grantham.

Please note due to the location of the role you would be required to have access to your own transport.

Working hours: Monday – Friday 8.00am – 12.30pm or 12.30pm – 5.00pm

Duties will include but not restricted to:

  • Efficiently handling a high volume of calls and emails
  • Meeting and greeting clients and customers
  • Dealing with enquires over the telephone and advising where necessary
  • Office administration tasks as required – supporting the operations team with required paperwork (order processing and inputting)

Person specification:

  • Previous Reception experience is essential
  • Computer literate and conversant with Microsoft office
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative
