In your new role as a receptionist you will be responsible for:
- Day to Day Office Admin – Answering Phones, Filing, Collating Data, Typing Letters/Emails.
- Ensure all messages are distributed accordingly either by face to face, e mail, tannoy or call.
- Sort ordering stationary for the office and the bakery.
- Sorting out post and parcels
- Announcements over speaker to the bakery – fire drill, first aider needed etc
Car parking badges- Issuing them out and updating the database.
