Purchasing Administrator

If you have experience in Purchasing or some exposure to the purchasing world we have a temporary opportunity available based on the outskirts of Grantham.

Initially, due to a backlog of work, you will be processing orders, logging deliveries, checking delivery notes, updating the quote database and chasing orders from suppliers to ensure the products arrive on time.

Working with the finance team in an extremely busy department you’ll also be involved with the processing of invoices, working as a team to ensure everything is processed correctly and on time.

You need to:

  • Be proficient on all MS Office packages
  • Have previous Purchasing / Admin experience
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A good team player
