The Role:
- Assembling timber and wood products to a high standard
- Using hand-held tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Following production instructions and quality standards
- Working as part of a friendly and supportive team
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
What We're Looking For:
- Previous production or assembly experience is beneficial but not essential
- Confident using hand-held tools
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
