Our client is an established, experienced and highly professional supplier for the major food manufacturing industry, with offices throughout the UK.
They are currently recruiting for a Production Administrator for their busy St Neots site.
You will be reporting to the Production Manager, your role will be to provide administrative support, strategic input and business improvement to the business, the office team and employees.
Communication is key in this role; you will be working closely with a number of departments across the site including Finance, Procurement and Transport. As well as external suppliers, Contractor Management; advise and action where applicable following strict Site Rules and Health & Safety requirements, Liaise with suppliers for delivery dates, installation dates and general enquiries, whilst ensuring all relevant departments are updated and made aware.
This role is a Temp to Perm full-time role, Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.
The right person for this role will be a good communicator, both with written and verbal, at all times, have great attention to detail, organised and calm under pressure, friendly and approachable whilst always being a team player.
- Previous experience of working within an FMCG environment is desirable but not essential
- 2 years of previous experience working within an administration role is essential
