As a press shop operative, you will be setting and operating the automated machinery, working with brass and copper reformed reels of components. Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely supply of electrical components to other internal departments.
The press shop produces electrical components for the full range of products and is equipped with 12 various machines which you will be fully trained on.
Working 36 hours per week, you will work on a two-shift rotating pattern of day shifts and afternoon shifts.
Ideally, you will have worked in a similar role before and worked with similar machinery.
This is a temporary placement but could lead to a permanent role further down the line!
