We are supporting one of the UK's largest flower suppliers in the run up to Valentine's Day by recruiting Powered Pallett Truck Drivers for their state of the art facility located between Peterborough and Huntingdon. The company supply many of the UK's leading retailers with cut flowers, and naturally, February is a busy time of year.
Your role will be to move products from stores to the production line and finished products from the line to despatch. You'll need to work quickly but safely in order to ensure the timely movement of stock around the site.
We're able to accept people with either an accredited or in-house licence, in which case you'll be given an in-house conversion. Either way you'll need to have experience and be a confident and competent PPT driver.
Shifts consist of 12 hour day and night shifts on a rota covering seven days a week. You'll therefore need to be able to work any day of the week.
Transport is available from Peterborough but the site is very easy to reach from the A1 and has lots of free parking. In addition there is a canteen selling a range of subsidised food.
