Are you used to organising Engineers?

Do you have experience in scheduling inspections?

How about opening and closing job cards?

In your new job you will be working in the Parts team and be responsible for the distribution of engineer’s work schedules.

You’ll get involved with quotes, daily service invoicing, processing of Warranty claims and picking up on any general admin tasks.

It’s not all Admin based, you’ll get to talk to people too, helping out with inbound and outbound calls, talking to existing and potential customers, building relationships and then maintaining them.

This is a full time permanent job based in Grantham.
