We are currently looking for a Part Time Receptionist to work two days per week but be able to flex to cover holidays etc.

The Role is to work within a team to provide a welcoming and professional reception service, including effective use of the main switchboard and acting as the first point of contact for external callers, personal visitors and for staff at all levels telephoning or visitors.

  • Temporary to permanent role 
  • Thursday & Friday
  • 0830 - 1630
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously whilst answering the phones
  • Book appointments, travel and accommodation
  • Reception and administrative experience gained within an office environment is required
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Competent across a range of IT packages
