We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Part-Time Production Operative/Labourer to join their team on either a temporary to permanent or permanent basis.
This is a hands-on outdoor role that would suit someone with previous construction, labouring, or industrial experience who is now looking for part-time hours.
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday
- 4 hours per day
Duties will include:
- Loading materials into mixing equipment
- Bagging finished products
- Monitoring stock levels and ensuring materials are readily available
- General outdoor production and yard duties
- Wearing breathing apparatus and PPE
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
- Own transport is essential due to the rural location on the outskirts of Grantham
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Reliable with a good work ethic
- Previous construction, labouring, manufacturing, or yard experience would be advantageous
