Part Time Administration Assistant

Do you have strong attention to detail? Ability to keep calm under pressure? Supportive and caring attitude?

I am looking for an administrator to work part-time, 24 hours over 4 days (Tuesday-Friday). Reporting directly to the admin lead you will be providing administrative support to the organisation and signposting clients and professionals to appropriate services.

As an administrator, you will need to be able to prioritize your workload and have a practical approach to problems with good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Data programmes. You will need to have a compassionate and understanding persona alongside active listening and communication skills. One of the most important qualities is somebody that understands confidentiality and can work independently and as part of a team.

Your duties would be:-

  • Opening Mail Correspondence
  • Taking inbound calls from Clients/professionals
  • Controlling general and service-specific enquiry emails
  • Organising referrals from LMHTs and other professional bodies
  • Maintaining accuracy of CRM system
  • Organising self-referrals from clients
  • Following referral correspondence pathway
  • Managing room Bookings on the new digital platform
  • Stationery and purchase orders procurement and management
  • Supporting with Building technical issues
  • Any Ad hoc duties
